This year my A to Z theme harks back to 2012's theme, in which I listed an A-to-Z of books from my GoodReads "TBR" shelf. This year I want to revisit that list and report on which ones I've read, and what rating I gave them. Where the book hasn't been read, I'll mention other books starting with that letter I have read since 2012. ;)

I have not read any books in H. I've heard about The Host and I have it on my reading list.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of these H books. My favorite are the Harry Potter ones! :)
ReplyDeleteI have read HP of course, but only had so much space to put a few of the "H" books read in there. I try to avoid putting series in otherwise they'd take up all the space and more. But I agree, I love them as well. :)
DeleteI've read Healing Summer. I hear the writer is smoking...
ReplyDeleteYou hear right!!! :)
DeleteLOL Elizabeth's comment cracked me up.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read Alaizabel Cray but anything with Haunting in the title immediately has my interest.
You had me at "haunting." I do love me some haunting! :)
ReplyDeleteHmm. I haven't heard of this book but now I must go look it up. I love a good haunting/ghost story. Have you read The Haunting of Hill House? Classic!
ReplyDeleteNope, I haven't - will check it out :)
DeleteHaven't read any of those, although I am looking forward to reading Healing Summer soon!
ReplyDeleteWhat's The Host like? I've only read The Twilight series by Stephenie Mayer
ReplyDeleteI really liked it. It's weird - and one of my CPs implied that in her opinion, Meyer must have smoked some serious drugs before writing it :P - but I really liked it. There were aspects I wasn't thrilled with, which I think I mentioned in my GR review, but mostly it was good. :D
DeleteMy favorite was "How to perform lobotomies on yourself at home with common kitchen implements." I liek kittehs. BARK!
ReplyDeleteflip at HILL BLOCKS VIEW
I loved The Host . . . the only book by Stephenie Meyer that I've actually read. ;)
ReplyDeleteI know two of those authors!
ReplyDeleteI need to read more books! I should stop doing everything else and just read. ;) The only one on your list that I've read is The Host. I remember that the beginning was hard to get through, but once I got past the first 25 pages or so, I really enjoyed the story concept.
ReplyDeleteYes! stop doing everything but reading. hehe
DeleteI need to read more!! Too much blogging and too much art. Need to read. Looks like another great list. ♥
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of these. The Host is on my list.
ReplyDeleteI've read The Host, but that's the only one on the H list. I really liked it. I think after Elizabeth's comment I'll have to read Healing Summer. Sounds like a winner! :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't read The Haunting, but I love the cover art.
ReplyDeleteHi Trisha - I'm a flunk out here too .. but I recognise some of the authors .. so I suspect at some stage I'll have read some Hs especially see the positive comments ... cheers Hilary
