Anyway...I wanted to advertise the Back from Branson Giveaway Part 2, which is open to international bloggers (as long as your country gets delivery from The Book Depository, at least!). I'm always excited to see contents that I in all my Aussie glory am eligible to enter. There are a fair few books up for grabs that you can choose from, so it's pretty cool!
I also wanted to say, check out how busy March is gonna be!!
March 1-31st - Cadavers and Creation: A Writing Lab Experiment
March 4-6th - Race to 200 Blogfest
March 13-15th - Broken Heart Blogfest
March 15th - Delusional Gloom Blogfest
Hello, Aussie! Dropping by to say hello! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteHi Trisha. I hope that word count is for a fantasy :)
ReplyDeleteWow, you do have a lot going on here. I'll see you at the Snoop Blogfest.
.......dhole
Donna, no it isn't, hence why I need to keep cutting it ;)
ReplyDeleteHi Anny! :D
Oh wow, so many blogfests. Better you than me. That is one crazy month lined up!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are making great progress with your MS even if there's still more to do...
Holy crow Trisha! You are going to be so busy during March! I'm about to sign up for the Super Snoop Blogfest. That sounds like a lot of fun. I'll keep checking your list and see if there are others I want to give a whirl.
ReplyDeleteHoping you are doing well!
Thanks for the list of blog-fests. Definitely going to check them out. I am like you, content revisions always add to my word count. It is during my grammar/ overused word revisions that I seem to cut the most out.
ReplyDeleteWow. The blogfests are multiplying for March. Thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting all of these! I'm always on the look-out for blogfests, so this is a great resource for me.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of blogfests! Thanks for the links.
ReplyDeleteSo, are you thinking that word count is too much? I think mine is at 114,000, and its in the women's fiction category. So far I've not had any agent tell me its too long. The word counts for categories vary so much, they confuse me. Anyway, sounds like you have a fun month ahead. Can you believe it is March already? Wow.
ReplyDeleteo.O
ReplyDeleteReally, you're all set for March. Yay for you.
Personally I've decided to take it slow for this month. Jan and Feb were pretty brutal on me, but it was all for the greater good of writing. :)
Congrats on that word count too.
March also has the first day of spring. I know that this doesn't "count" as something to do but I love spring so much that I thought I'd bring it up.
ReplyDeleteWow. You're going to be BUSY! Good luck!
ReplyDelete:-)
Thanks for the blogfest mention, I appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteWOw that's a lot of fests! The March one I'm doing isn't even listed! It's the "Nature of Magic" blogfest at http://lbdiamond.wordpress.com/2011/02/25/flake-out-friday-blogfest-announcement/
ReplyDelete@Margo - thanks for reminding me of that one - I've added it to the list! I was signed up for it anyway so I'm glad you reminded me :D
ReplyDelete@Charity - no worries :)
Thanks everyone for stopping by! :D
Wow! Blogfest craziness! Sounds like fun... but a lot of work too. :)
ReplyDeleteIt is crazy, but it's fun!!! I'm sad I didn't discover blogfests earlier ;)
ReplyDeleteHey, thanks so much for the plug for the HONE YOUR SKILLS Blogfest. :) I'm also glad to see some of these other fests that I didn't know about. Great info!
ReplyDeleteWow. That's a lot of blogfests! But I do see two on the list that I'm participating in ... YAY!
ReplyDeleteNo worries RosieC - looking forward to that one :)
ReplyDeleteMargo, yeah it is, but I love 'em!! :)
